BIRRIA RAMEN SOUP
Absolutely amazing experience! The birria ramen soup was hands down one of the best things I've ever tried — packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and the meat was so tender and juicy. The broth had the perfect spicy, rich taste that kept me wanting more with every bite. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food came out fast. If you love authentic Mexican food with a creative twist, this place is a must-try. I'll definitely be coming back for the birria ramen again!

These were the best birria tacos I've ever had and I've had a lot of tacos! I was served by Jasmine who stated she had just started and it was her second day! And was super pleasant and I'm glad she's apart of your team!

BAJA SHRMP TACOS
I ordered the Baja Shrimp tacos and they were delicious. I love all the fresh toppings and the chipotle mayo and the tacos also have a lot of shrimp in them. A great value. The service at Pinches is always friendly and we love visiting.

Taco salad was great! Chicken was seasoned well. Great portion size very filling!

BIRRIA MÉX PIZZA
I tried the Birria Mex Pizza today and it was the best I have ever had! I have tried several different items here and I have never been disappointed! Everything is always fresh and hot and very picture perfect! I'm so happy that they are opening another location closer to my job because we come here often!!!!! WHEN THEY SAY AUTHENTIC THEY REALLY MEAN AUTHENTIC! 100 out of 100
